Stay Gold is Vista Blue's tribute to the 1967 S.E. Hinton novel (and the 1983 Francis Ford Coppola film) The Outsiders. The album contains 10 songs inspired by Hinton's story. This CD is available via Outloud! Records and Radiant Radish Records. The 8-track will be released in September by Little Lost Girl Media, and a cassette release is also coming soon.

The CD is set to release on September 1st. Pre-orders will begin shipping the week before.

The Outsiders is a beloved piece of American popular culture and a tale well-suited to Vista Blue's musical and lyrical style. It's kid-friendly but equally relatable to adults. Seriously: what could be more "pop-punk" than songs about teenage gangs, loud music, and unattainable girls? This was a wonderful concept for an album, and its execution could not have been better.
